un programme d’entretien de tapis ne coûtera généralement pas beaucoup plus qu’un nettoyage reconstituant annuel d’un tapis. La raison est bien simple : En nettoyant les tapis tous les mois, l’accumulation de la saleté est beaucoup moins importante. Conséquemment, votre tapis ne requiert que les étapes intérimaires, comme le nettoyage à l’aspirateur, l’élimination des taches au besoin, et l’agitation mécanique avec une solution nettoyante. Il ne requiert une extraction à l’eau chaude qu’une ou deux fois par année, selon la circulation dans votre installation.

Dan, owner of Service Master, responded quickly to an emergency call after the wind storm claimed a sizeable section of my roof as another victim. My ceiling started leaking as a result of water damage, when my shingles were blown off. Both he, and Mike, the General Contractor, were very patient and understanding in explaining the procedures involved in reparing the damage to my home. At one point, one of my cats escaped through a basement window and when I notified them, they were very compassionate about the situation. Mike suggested that I return to my residence in the event that he returned, which he did. Immediately the following morning, Dan secured the basement window with reinforced screening in order to prevent a furture escape as well as provide much needed ventilation to my home during the repairs. Mike was consistently available to answer any questions that I had with regard to the ongoing work at my residence, was prompt with his follow-ups with any concerns that I voiced, and regularly gave progress reports during each stage up to the completion of the work order. During the final stages of repair, Dan did his personal inspection to make sure that all was in order. Both gentlemen were very approachable and professional. At some points they went that extra mile to offer their services. They, and their support staff, completed the repairs in a timely manner and paid attention to detail to insure that the home owner (me) was satisfied. Many thanks to Dan, Mike and the crew (roofers, painters, clean up staff and anyone I may have inadvertently missed) for making my house a home again.
